I’m Mike Brinegar, President and owner of Pride Master, Inc.

Pride Master officially began operations in October of 1988.  It was a one man operation, servicing store fronts and small office buildings until I was able to hire my first full time employee in the Spring of 1990. At that time I began marketing my company to slightly larger facilities and by 1993 I had two full time employees and was able to begin concentrating more on marketing and growth. 

In 1996, having grown to four full time employees, I decided it was time to incorporate. Today, we are fourteen full time employees year round. 

We are providing service for every hospital within 50 miles of Dayton as well as many of the areas most prestigious corporations and high rise facilities.  Our capabilities are immense, our reputation is unparalleled and our customer retention is outstanding. 

I credit the success of Pride Master to a long list of fantastically loyal customers, the unbeatable leadership qualities of my Field Manager and Foreman and to my own relentless pursuit to be the best by adhering to the premise that strong relationships are those built on integrity and trust. Nothing can sell our business better than our own good reputation and nothing has done more for our reputation than the lasting relationships we’ve formed with our customers.

We assumed the position of the largest window cleaning service provider in the Dayton, Ohio area by 2006 and are constantly striving to raise the bar of professionalism, safety and quality service.  We don’t just compete, we operate on a whole new level; projecting a sense of pride on every job and instilling a sense of confidence and trust in every customer.

From homeowners and the owners of small store fronts to the environmental services and facilities managers of hospitals and high rise buildings, all our customer relationships are worth protecting and we do everything possible toward that end.
